Marketing Manager UK AutoStore is now looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Marketing Manager for UK with a commercial mindset and passion for marketing and communication. As our Marketing Manager in UK you will have a unique opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment, building a global brand and work with competent colleagues and agencies around the world. You will be a part of a dedicated and ambitious global marketing and communication team and report to the CMO. The Marketing department is responsible for all global and local marketing and commercial communication. The Marketing Manager for UK will be responsible for the management and execution of all marketing and communication strategies in UK. You will develop and manage a country marketing and communication calendar and support the execution together with both internal and external stakeholders. The right candidate has ideally experience in bringing Global B2B brands to the UK market and development of marketing and communications strategies in UK. The position will both be a part of a global marketing and communications team working with competent colleagues and work in close cooperation with national sales and business development teams in the UK region. You will execute traditional marketing, digital marketing, PR, communication and events and lead the localization of our global marketing strategies to strengthen our brand and support business growth. Ideally located in our UK office, but some travel to relevant markets globally and in the EMEA region will be required. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the planning and activation of a global marketing in UK including budgeting. This includes collaboration with the global marketing organization, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies. Support and develop the cooperation with our UK PR agency. Develop and execute UK marketing strategies, including lead generation, localisation of global messaging and brand collateral. Plan, support and manage participation on events, trade shows and exhibitions in UK. Develop and manage UK marketing and communications initiatives. Support partner marketing initiatives and activities. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, marketing or another related field. Excellent communications skills in English (written and spoken). Hands-on experience from execution of digital marketing, communication and PR. Experience in bringing a global B2B brand to UK. Experience with digital and physical events and exhibitions. Hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns. Experience in internal creation of straightforward videos and collateral, including editing. Experience in CRM (Salesforce), social media and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
