Job Description
As our Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing capital refurbishment projects across their housing portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and executing refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* Collaborating with contractors, architects, and project teams to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship.
* Conducting thorough inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards.
