Long O Donnell are seeking a Business Graduate to join our dynamic support team, where you'll gain exposure to a wide range roles including business administration, HR, business development, tender writing, recruitment and project delivery.
Founded in 1997, is an independent engineering and management consultancy specialising in the delivery of critical projects across the energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. With a strong reputation for providing both technical and commercial expertise, we support clients from the earliest stages of project development through to delivery, assurance, and close-out.
The Role
As a Business Graduate, you will work closely with our leadership and support teams, supporting both business operations and project delivery. This is a varied role, offering the opportunity to develop administration, commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills while gaining insight into the consultancy environment.

Essential skills and attributes:
· A degree in Business related subject such as business management, project management, quantity surveying, supply chain management etc.
· Strong IT skills in work, excel, PowerPoint etc.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
· Interest in the engineering, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
