If you’re a Registered Veterinary Nurse or an experienced Pet Claims Assessor, this UK-based remote role offers the chance to apply your existing knowledge and skills whilst working from the comfort of your home. Hours: Full-time only, Monday to Friday, 9am-5 pm or 10am-6pm (alternative shifts). Key Responsibilities: Review and process pet insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines. Work closely with veterinary practices and customers to gather necessary information for claims assessment. Ensure claims are settled swiftly, within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and identify any potential fraudulent claims for referral. Offer exceptional customer service by providing clear, prompt communication and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, products, and systems to help explain coverage details to customers. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Must be a Qualified Veterinary Nurse or experienced Pet Claims Assessor with relevant industry experience. Skills: Excellent phone and communication skills, high attention to detail, strong IT and data entry skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
