Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent an experienced Vice Principal (Deputy Headteacher) for a Birmingham based secondary school (B30, West Midlands, UK). We are looking for a secondary specialist senior leader who would be available for a long term, interim teaching job from February 2026.

This secondary school-based leadership job is offered on a full-time basis to begin immediately or from February half term depending on your personal working requirements. This role would suit either an experienced Vice Principal who has recently worked within a similar role or an Assistant Vice Principal (Assistant Headteacher) looking to move to the next step. The initial contract will be until at least July 2026 with the potential to extend. We gain official salary information from each setting to ensure you are paid to scale from day one and in line with your responsibilities.

A relevant UK based teaching qualification.
Experience as a senior leader within a secondary school.

Salary: L13 to L24 based on experience (day rate equivalent)
