Job Overview
Senior Support Worker – Senior level. Oversee and deliver high‑quality support to 3 female clients with learning disabilities and/or autism. Work at Semington Trowbridge.
Full‑time role with support on shift and leadership/administrative tasks. Report to the Registered Manager.

Requirements
* Minimum 12 months on your right to work
* Full UK driver’s licence
* Level 2 in Health and Social Care, willing to work towards Level 3
Responsibilities
* Encourage people to play active roles in their communities, fostering independence.
* Support activities of daily living, social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals, budgeting.
* Communicate effectively using people’s chosen methods.
* Engage, motivate to enhance quality of life.
* Specialise in supporting individuals requiring positive behavioural support approaches.
* Record accurate records and report changes in health or circumstances to management.
* Work as part of a team, using your own initiative.
