Part Time Chef required for community pub.
The Tally Ho is a thriving village pub perched on the edge of The North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
We are a freehouse with no ties to breweries or pub chains, we simply answer to our customers.
We look for a part time chef to cover one day a week, split shift (approx 10am to 3pm and 5pm to 9.30pm), ideally Tuesdays but there could be a degree of flexibility for an alternative weekday. There will also occasionally be holiday cover. As we are a small pub, there will be days where you will be expected to work on your own.
We have a great reputation for our freshly cooked, locally sourced pub fare, which we would expect to maintain.
You must hold the relevant food hygiene certificate, be able to maintain stock ordering and be conversant with the completion of weekly kitchen paperwork.
You will need your own transport as we are a short drive from the nearest town and there is no public transport.
