You'll be executing and optimising Paid Search activity across Google and Bing, working closely with the Paid Media Manager to drive results and deliver on key KPIs. What You'll Be Doing Planning and delivering Paid Search campaigns across Google & Bing Supporting performance delivery for a global travel client Creating insight-led reports and contributing to client presentations Collaborating with wider teams to drive campaign performance Optimising budgets, bidding strategies, and ad copy for maximum ROI Participating in innovation and platform beta testing Who You Are You're confident, curious, and ready to grow. You bring passion to performance marketing and thrive on seeing your work make a real impact. 12 months experience in a Paid Search / PPC role Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Bing campaigns Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail Confident using platforms like Google Analytics, SA360 & Campaign Manager (nice to have) Commercially aware - you understand budget pacing, ROI and what drives growth Clear communicator and proactive collaborator Passionate about learning and growing in a supportive team Why Join?
