The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the company’s UK sales operation.

You will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on business development, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities while delivering sustainable commercial success.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the UK sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth.
* Identify, pursue, and secure new enterprise business opportunities.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
* Deliver against ambitious revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
* Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.


Strategic Client Engagement

* Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C‑suite executives.
* Expand existing client relationships through strategic account growth.
* Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling technology solutions.
* Establish long‑term partnerships that deliver recurring revenue.
* Lead, coach, and develop Business Development Managers and Client Relationship Managers.
* Define and monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and forecasting processes.
* Drive accountability and continuous improvement across the sales function.


Market Expansion

* Identify emerging market opportunities and growth sectors.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and technology developments.
* Contribute to go‑to‑market strategies and commercial planning.
* Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.


Requirements


What We’re Looking For

* 10+ years’ experience within ICT, Telecommunications, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Digital Infrastructure, or Enterprise Technology.
* Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership or commercial management role.
* Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth.
* Experience winning and managing enterprise‑level accounts.
* Strong consultative and solution‑selling expertise.
* Demonstrated success leading high‑performing sales teams.
* Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience selling managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or digital transformation solutions.
* Established network within the UK technology market.
