Overview
We are looking to appoint a Study Room Supervisor who will provide not only additional administrative support to the Sixth Form Team but also mentoring support for our Sixth Form students. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for empowering young women, and for guiding them to be the best version of themselves. Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Sixth Form Team
* Mentor and support Sixth Form students
* Contribute to an empowering environment for young women
Qualifications
* Successful experience of administrative work in a busy school environment
* Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher & Outlook and other IT applications
* Knowledge of general school policies and procedures
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to enthuse and inspire young women
* Ability to work with a range of colleagues
* Knowledge of School MIS systems, preferably Bromcom
