Customer Service Executive – Belfast (Hybrid) – £16.50 per hour – 3 months+
My client, a FTSE 100 company, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Belfast office. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring all customer orders are delivered on time and in full.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Maximise customer satisfaction and order entry accuracy
2. Build strong relationships with customers, sales, and logistics teams
3. Handle all incoming customer queries and requests promptly
4. Improve service levels collaboratively with internal teams
5. Report regularly on performance metrics
6. Enhance customer service processes continually
7. Resolve issues within the sales organization
8. Support system and process improvements
9. Assist with billing, clearing, and customer spend processing
10. Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
