Job Title: Graphic / Social Media Designer (Midweight – Brand Experience)

The Role:
We are looking for a versatile, hands-on Graphic / Social Media Designer to join our team. This midweight role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can contribute across brand, social media, digital advertising, emails, and web assets. While some work is currently managed by agencies, the goal is to bring this expertise fully in-house.
Responsibilities:
* Create engaging content for social channels, including static and motion graphics (approx. 3 organic posts/day; 30–50 paid media creatives/month).
* Support digital advertising campaigns, email campaigns, website updates, and general graphic design tasks.
* Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure all creative output aligns with the brand’s premium and sustainable positioning.
* Take a hands-on approach to projects and support other marketing and design initiatives as needed.
* Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain high creative standards.
About You:
* Hands-on, self-starter with experience across concept-to-delivery projects.
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
* Experience in e-commerce or retail brand design, ideally within premium or luxury brands.
* Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
* Experience creating social media content and paid digital advertising assets.
* Ability to work across both static and motion design.
* Passionate about design, sustainability, and brand culture.
* Based in or near Brighton; hybrid working possible.
