JOB SUMMARY: To take ownership of the management and cost accounting functions, acting as a close business partner to the operational side of the business and to provide timely support, guidance, and business analytics to enable more rounded actions and to support continuous improvement.
1. Responsible for full variance analysis on a monthly basis across manufacturing operations
2. Responsible for 12-month forecasts
3. Responsible for managing the Operations budget from planning to execution
4. Managing the annual standard costing process, working in in partnership with operations and supply chain, ensuring accuracy and robustness in the process
5. Support with cost build-up models with new tenders
6. Being a core member of the operational excellence team
