We are looking for a Team Leader to join the business at Pilgrims in Attleborough.

Skills & Knowledge:
* Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills.
* Fluency in English (oral and written). Ability to record, interpret, and analyse key process data.
* Experience in manufacturing, problem solving, and troubleshooting.
* Proficient with MS Office tools.
* Understanding of lean tools and formal problem solving.
* Detailed understanding of processes in the area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
* Foundation level in Health and Safety, Food Safety, and HACCP is desirable.
