Job Overview
The College would like to appoint a skilled, competent, authoritative, and well-organised individual to work closely with Heads of Department and Senior School teaching staff to ensure delivery of an outstanding service of learning supervision during cover lessons within the school. Above all, the individual will supervise and ensure the delivery of learning activities in the absence of teachers, enacting instructions and overseeing activities within a positive learning environment. The Learning Supervisor assists in the cover of teacher absence and additional inclusion strategies within learning policies of the school. The Learning Supervisor has an important role in our teaching provision to ensure students continue learning and academic progress in instances of temporary teacher absence. The successful candidate will join a team of professional and driven colleagues who are passionate about the potential for our students to succeed.

The College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
