Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 + uncapped commission
Overview
Our client is on the lookout for a Technology Recruitment Consultant to join their London team. You’ll be recruiting across software, data, cloud, and infrastructure roles, partnering with some of the most exciting tech businesses in the market — from high-growth scale-ups to global brands.
This is a true 360 role where you’ll build your own desk, grow your network, and make a real impact while having a lot of fun along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Running the full recruitment process from first briefing to final placement
* Building brilliant relationships with tech clients and candidates
* Hunting down top tech talent through LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
* Winning new business and growing existing accounts
* Staying plugged into the tech market and sharing insights with clients
What They’re Looking For
* Experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech experience preferred)
* Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
* Commercial, competitive, and motivated by success
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
