Customer Services Administrator – Chorley - C£24K – Permanent – Full Time
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling a high volume of phone calls across various parts of the business
* Processing orders efficiently and accurately
* Managing four busy email inboxes
* Raising quotations and following up on them
* Responding to stock inquiries
* Coordinating and arranging deliveries
* Providing product or service information to customers via phone and email
* Keeping customers informed about the status of their orders
* Working with an in-house system and maintaining databases
* Sourcing new leads
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Have previous experience in customer service or sales order processing
* Be able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
* Be well-organised with great attention to detail
Desirable Experience
* Proven experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative role
* Familiarity with CRM software
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
* Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
