Job description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure production processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while managing a team of production staff.
First line Supervisor responsible for leading teams in the High Risk & Despatch areas to produce our outstanding quality of the products ensuring compliance with standards and policies while always pursuing and promoting continuous improvement.
Location:Bristol, BS10 ( Brentry)
Hours:Monday to Thursday 1200-2100
Pay:£15.50 per hour plus holiday pay
Main Duties:
1. Schedule and organise staffing to deliver on planned production volumes
2. Responsible for the operational performance in your area by ensuring the production plan is attained in the time and costs targets while maintaining high quality standards
3. Motivate and develop team members to ensure processes are followed and maximise performance
