Great opportunity to work as a Freezer Warehouse Operative for our client - the only UK retailer with its own manufacturing business spread across 18 sites!
Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Corby.
The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour, plus an attendance bonus as outlined below.
We offer two types of shifts to suit different schedules:
Afternoon Shifts
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm (8-hour shift pattern)
- 2:00pm - 12:00am (10-hour shift pattern)
Night Shifts:
- 10:00pm - 6:00am (8-hour shift pattern)
- 8:00pm - 6:00am (10-hour shift pattern)
Attendance bonus is paid as follows:
8 Hour Shifts - £2.02 per hour if you complete 5 out of 7 shifts.
10 Hour Shifts - £2.31 per hour if you complete 4 out of 7 shifts.
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative your duties include:
- Picking in the warehouse at temperatures close to -22 Celsius
- Picking customer orders using LLOP or pump trucks
You'll work safely and carefully, with food and health and safety policies in mind every day, so that our products are looked after and arrive in the best condition at the store ready for our customers.

Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will show good attention to detail and have basic English skills. You will show that you can follow Health and Safety as a priority.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
