Assistings Consulting have instructions to recruit an Interim Payroll Administrator. The assignment is a 4/5 month rolling contract to support the payroll manager. The company is a famous Hospitality and events business based close to Euston station. The payroll system is (People XD) and experience with this system would be desirable but not essential.Key responsibilities:-assisting with processing employee wages, taxes, and deductions, ensuring timely payments via direct deposit, maintaining employee records, (requiring strong attention to detail), knowledge of NI, PAYE in the UK handle queries, as well as assiting with Payroll Processing, Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions payments, statutory pay (SSP, SMP), and deductions. Track hours, manage timesheets, and maintain accurate records. Detail-oriented, organized, excellent communication (written/verbal), problem-solving, multitasking.Experience with new starters, leavers, and year-end procedure.
