Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the management and continued growth of Ernest Doe's Case IH business. The role centres on driving new sales of Case IH Combines, Tractors, Big Balers, Round Balers and Telehandlers, together with a range of associated implement brands. You will take ownership for negotiating terms with suppliers and customers, managing stock levels to ensure effective turnover, and overseeing the marketing and brand positioning of the Case IH Harvester range. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting the wider sales team with product expertise and customer engagement, helping to strengthen the company's presence across the market.
Required Skills/Experience
❖ Proven sales and preferably management skills
❖ Sound knowledge of the Agricultural trade and ideally will have been involved in selling agricultural equipment
❖ Excellent customer relationship skills, whether face to face, over the telephone, by email or any other communication method
❖ Able to negotiate terms and stocking commitments with suppliers to adhere to the company's policies
❖ Comfortable analysing numbers and identifying trends from data using pivot table and other mechanisms
❖ Strong and up-to-date IT skills
❖ A high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
❖ Able to mediate and compromise within a team, working closely with other departments within the business to further the overall performance of the company.
❖ Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
❖ Strong leadership skills and to be able to act quickly and decisively
