We are looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations to ensure the input to our CRM system are consistent, controlled and aligned with wider systems and teams – enabling actionable outputs and insights. What to expect? Ensure all lead and opportunity data in Salesforce is complete, accurate, and up to standard. Integrate CRM systems, marketing platforms and processes from acquired companies into Instem’s systems. Define and enforce simple, consistent processes for how sales and SDR teams manage leads and deals, including a data dictionary. Run regular data checks to fix errors, remove duplicates, and keep records clean. Support onboarding of new sales team members with CRM training and process guides. Align day-to-day sales activity with broader GTM and strategic planning goals. Build and maintain dashboards to track sales activity, lead flow, and pipeline progress. Make sure sales tools (SciLeads, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) are used correctly and consistently. Work with marketing and sales to clean, enrich, and structure data for campaigns and segmentation. Act as the go-to contact for CRM process questions and small admin updates. Gather feedback from users and suggest improvements to CRM processes. Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently Skills / Experience You’ll Need B2B commercial experience, ideally in SaaS or life sciences. Hands-on experience working with multiple CRM systems, integrations and sales teams. Deep understanding of CRM and marketing automation, including lead routing, campaign influence, and data synchronization. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics and data governance. Experience building scalable nurture programs and managing data segmentation strategies.
