The Role
You will teach Art & Design across Key Stages 3–5, inspiring students to explore their creativity through painting, sculpture, digital media, and photography. The department encourages a blend of traditional and contemporary techniques, and ECTs are supported in developing their own teaching style through co-planning, team teaching, and constructive feedback.
You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to school exhibitions, art clubs, and community projects, helping students showcase their work beyond the classroom. The school’s creative ethos ensures that Art remains a central and celebrated part of its identity.
