What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact, you'll be the friendly voice and face that sets the tone for our clients' journey. Your day-to-day will include:
* Greeting clients and managing front-of-house enquiries with warmth and professionalism
* Handling calls, emails and online enquiries with efficiency and care
* Visiting properties to bring them to market efficiently and professionally
* Managing your own portfolio of properties from listing to sale
* Negotiating offers to secure the best outcomes for clients
* Conducting accompanied viewings across the Ellon area
* Gathering feedback from potential buyers to inform strategy
* Supporting the team with ad hoc projects and general office administration
