We are seeking an experienced People Insights Lead Analyst who will work with both business and functional teams to create reports, insights, and visualizations to drive key business decisions.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
* Partner with Leadership to execute on a strategy that integrates data and insights into all aspects of the organization
* Collaborate with business partners to understand their problems and goals, gather business requirements, and develop analytical solutions to support their vision and strategy
* Defines, develops, and provides insights, metrics, and analysis to drive the decision-making process and support business strategy for internal and external customers
* Facilitates a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing, and reporting data
* Conducts research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues; participates with team members and leadership partners to implement
* Influences all levels of an organization to support projects and/or ideas
* Measures and validates project results, and successfully implements all facets of data modeling and data reporting
* Focuses on automation and utilizing technology to provide repeatable reporting solutions
Education & Experience
* Proven experience with Fusion Analytics or Fusion Data Intelligence is highly preferred
* B.A./B.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems preferred
* 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics experience, or a combination of education and experience
* Familiarity with data visualization, best practices, and techniques
* Understanding of Human Resources Key Performance Indicators and Metrics is a plus
Skills
* Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Oracle Analytics Cloud, FAW, FDI) Oracle products highly preferred
* Experience conveying data trends, causes, and impacts through visualization
* Knowledge in creating analytics for the HR function, processes, and key metrics
* Understanding of data privacy concerns and willingness to adhere to regulatory requirements for managing data (GDPR, California Data Privacy Act, PIPL)
* Strong strategic orientation, analytical skills, critical thinking ability, and ability to evaluate impacts within project activities
