I am currently supporting a growing client of mine with their search for a Recruitment Administrator. This is a busy and varied role where you will work as part of the wider people team to support with the following:
* Scheduling interviews for candidates, liaising with internal stakeholders to confirm details
* Co-ordinating and facilitating assessment centres
* Liaising with universities and colleges in relation to early careers opportunities
* Processing offer letters
* Managing the onboarding process for new starters
* Working with the broader team to enhance the early careers recruitment process
To be considered for this role strong communication skills along with being well organised and having the ability to work proactively are essential; if you have HR/recruitment experience that would be great, but my client are also open to considering candidates that have a strong administrative / customer service background.
