Lighthouse provides specialist support and care for clients who have a wide range of support needs from long term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse
Our ideal support worker will:
* Have more than 6 months experience working within services supporting those with mental health issues and or substance misuse
* Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals
* Have the ability to support in house activities and hobbies
* Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more!
* Example resilience to help manage some behaviours that challenge
Hours and contracts
* Shift Patterns: Days = 8am - 8pm
* Nights = 8pm - 8am
* Contract Types: Bank contracts available
