Role Overview
* Install, maintain and repair hospitality and catering equipment across the estate
* Carry out planned maintenance and respond to reactive issues and breakdowns
* Work on dishwashers, ovens, coffee machines, glasswashers and refrigeration equipment
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs across domestic and commercial systems
* Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards
* Accurately record maintenance activity using the CMMS system
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in an appliance, catering equipment or facilities engineering role
* Confident, polite and respectful, with a professional approach in guest‑facing areas
* Able to work independently, managing workload and prioritising tasks
* Strong fault‑finding skills with a practical, methodical mindset
* Flexible when required for on‑call or out‑of‑hours work
Skills & Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Gas Safe or manufacturer equipment training advantageous, not essential
Job Tenure: Permanent
Salary: £50000 – £51000 per annum + Yearly bonus
Location: Glastonbury, Somerset
