Currently they are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller / Van Workshop Controller / LGV Workshop Controller to join their busy team. We are looking for candidates with enthusiasm and a dynamic personality who will share our energy and passion and contribute to our ongoing success. The candidate must have: · Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or Service Manager in a commercial automotive environment · Strong leadership and team management skills · Ability to perform well under pressure · Excellent organisational and communication abilities · A customer-first mindset and commercial acumen · Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal management systems · Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality · Positive, can-do attitude and dynamic personality If you're enthusiastic, reliable, and want to be part of a supportive and professional team, we'd love to hear from you.
