An exciting Full-Time Permanent opportunity has arisen within Change Grow Live, Stockton Recovery Service. We are looking for a Full Time Administrator to join our team. Working hours will be 37.5 hours a week and set days/times working can be agreed within the interview process. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. You day may consist of acting as the first point of contact for service users, staff, and external agencies, handling calls and correspondence, and ensuring efficient data entry and record-keeping. Responsibilities extend to minute-taking, collating and reporting statistics, maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies, and managing petty cash. The role also supports prescription administration, organing operational requirements such as room bookings and travel, and provide general administrative assistance to the project and senior management. The successful applicant should have: Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, Teams, Share Point and Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills A flare for building relationships with all stakeholders who come into our service.
