We're seeking a Senior Pension Administrator to join our HR Shared Services Team based in Rushden. This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office.
Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1-2 days per week
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility available.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver the pension and payroll finance service in line with Kier strategies and policies, ensuring business requirements are met.
2. Provide excellent service in accordance with contractual commitments and foster long-term customer relationships.
3. Support and collaborate with the team to ensure effective service delivery and participate in management meetings, contributing ideas and resolving issues.
4. Develop and monitor the performance of Pension and Payroll Finance administrators, setting and reviewing performance targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Ideally hold a CIPP qualification or a formal payroll qualification.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of Defined Contributions, Defined Benefits, and Public Sector pension schemes.
* Understanding of Auto-Enrolment rules and legislation related to Annual & Lifetime Allowance.
