Salary: From £27,000 + tax-free bonus | Location: Remote (covering the Cambridgeshire area)
Are you a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in your career? As an Early Years Trainer with Connect2Care, you'll have the chance to share your knowledge and experience, shaping the next generation of childcare professionals. This role offers flexibility to work from home, travel to meet apprentices, and make a real difference in their careers.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting apprentices in nurseries and childcare settings to develop their skills and confidence.
* Creating personalised learning plans tailored to each apprentice's needs.
* Demonstrating how functional skills like maths and English are relevant to early years care.
* Building relationships with employers and updating them on apprentices' progress.
* Managing administrative tasks and planning using Google Suite and other systems.
Your typical week will include around 3 days of travel to visit apprentices, with the remaining days working from home.
What You'll Need To Bring
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
* Confidence with technology and strong organisational skills.
* Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths (or willingness to achieve this).
* A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your area.
