Salary: £42,000-£50,000 DOE

Our client is a rapidly growing, tech-driven organisation operating in the digital consumer sector and listed on the AIM market. With a focus on continuous innovation and operational excellence, they are building their business on the foundations of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365FSCM) and are looking to expand their development capabilities to unlock further potential across the business.
Role Overview
As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform. Working as part of a collaborative in-house development team, you'll play a key role in optimising key business processes such as finance, sales, and warehousing-seeing the direct impact of your work across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement custom applications and extensions within Dynamics 365.
Develop and manage integrations with external systems ensuring data consistency and performance.
Extend modules to improve operations in finance, warehousing, sales, and customer service.
Customise the Finance module to support compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Identify and manage technical dependencies across Dynamics 365, Azure services, and Power Platform tools.
Set up monitoring and alerting mechanisms for system health and performance.
Support test strategy development, including test automation and regression testing.
Contribute to managing build/deploy pipelines and Azure resources (LogicApps, PowerApps).
Skills & Experience Required:
2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions.
Strong proficiency in customisation, X++ development, and D365 configuration.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure, and integration tools.
Familiarity with .NET, C#, and SQL (desirable).
Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for development workflows.
Proven ability to integrate D365 with third-party systems via APIs and Logic Apps.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Clear communication and teamwork skills.
Sector experience in retail or logistics is advantageous
