The British Ironwork Centre is now looking for a creative and driven Paid Marketing Specialist to join our thriving team This individual should have a strong understanding of paid social campaigns, platform-specific advertising tools, and content strategy to help elevate our brand presence and drive engagement across all channels.
Primary responsibilities include:
* Planning, launching, and managing paid social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
* Creating and optimising engaging content, ad copy, and creatives that align with brand goals and drive audience engagement.
* Analysing campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, engagement rate) and adjusting strategies accordingly.
* Conducting A/B testing on ad formats, targeting options, and creatives to improve performance.
* Collaborating with internal teams to develop cohesive campaign strategies and promotional calendars.
* Managing advertising budgets across platforms, ensuring cost-effective performance and ROI.
* Keeping up-to-date with trends in social media, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
* Monitoring competitors and reporting on industry trends and campaign results.
* Engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages where necessary to maintain community relationships.
We'd love to meet someone who:
* Has proven experience running paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
* Is familiar with Meta Ads Manager and other advertising tools.
* Has a good understanding of social media analytics and audience insights.
* Is results-driven, data-focused, and able to make informed decisions based on campaign data.
* Is creative and proactive in proposing new campaign ideas and content formats.
* Can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Has a keen interest in social trends, emerging platforms, and digital innovation.
