Responsibilities of Chef de Partie
Run and manage your section with precision and consistency
Prepare and present dishes to an exceptional fine dining standard
Work closely with senior chefs to execute and refine menus
Maintain impeccable hygiene, organisation, and food safety standards
Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Ensure all mise en place is completed to the highest level ahead of service
About you
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis/ Demi CDP ready to step up, ideally in fine dining or high-end kitchens
Strong technical skills and a passion for modern gastronomy
Exceptional attention to detail and presentation
Ability to perform under pressure in a high-expectation environment
A genuine drive to be part of a Michelin-level team
