Your Role
We need a technically astute Project Manager Delivery Led to join a high-profile Data Centre Exit Programme The role will lead the planning and execution of migration technology build and integration activities ideally across both physical and cloud environments Working closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless transition from legacy infrastructure with minimal risk and disruption to the business
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end to end delivery of projects across retail banking corporate banking payments or risk compliance domains
2. Apply Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban SAFe to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams including Product Owners Business Analysts Developers and QA
4. Manage project scope timelines budgets and resource allocation
5. Drive stakeholder engagement across business units’ technology teams and external vendors
6. Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new systems processes or regulatory changes
7. Ensure compliance with banking regulations eg RBI SEBI Basel III and internal governance standards
8. Facilitate Agile ceremonies retrospectives and workshops to build agile maturity
9. Track and report project performance using dashboards and KPIs aligned with business outcomes
Required Qualifications
10. Bachelor’s degree in business finance IT or related field MBA or PMP preferred
11. 5 years of project management experience in the banking or financial services industry
12. Strong experience in Agile delivery and enterprise level change management
13. Certifications such as PMIACP CSM SAFe Agilist or Prosci Change Practitioner
14. Familiarity with banking systems e.g. core banking loan origination digital channels
15. Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills
16. Proficiency in tools like Jira Confluence MS Project and Power BI
Preferred Skills
Experience in digital transformation fintech integration or regulatory change programs
17. Understanding of financial products and services e.g. credit payments wealth management
18. Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
19. Ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
