Location: Carlisle, Cumbria

Hours: 12-hour shifts (08:00–20:00 / 20:00–08:00)
Shifts: Monday to Sunday (Flexible availability required)

Service Care Solutions are looking for passionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join a specialist supported living service in Carlisle, working with adults with Autism, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, and complex care needs.
You’ll be providing 1:1 specialist support to individuals with age-related conditions in a safe, structured, and person-centred environment. What You Need to Apply:
* Proven experience in Acute Mental Health, Autism, or Learning Disabilities
* Mandatory Training completed within the last 12 months (including Manual Handling - practical)
* A compassionate, patient-centred approach
* Strong communication skills and team ethic
* Flexibility to work across a range of shifts
