HR Operations Associate – 6‑Month Contract (PAYE)
📍 London (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite per week)
A great opportunity has opened up for an HR Operations Associate to join a busy, collaborative HR function on a 6‑month contract. This role sits within a high‑volume environment, working closely with multiple HR teams and offering a broad range of experience across HR operations and lifecycle processes.
About the Role
You’ll support end‑to‑end HR operations, working across onboarding, lifecycle changes, leavers and general HR administration. The team handles a steady flow of management queries through a central case management system, along with an external shared mailbox — so you’ll be switching between tasks throughout the day.
You’ll also have exposure to two additional HR teams, giving you scope to support areas such as maternity, graduates, and wider lifecycle activity.
This role suits someone who is self‑motivated, adaptable, and genuinely excited to learn in a fast‑moving HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Working through an external HR mailbox and prioritising workload
* Supporting onboarding, lifecycle changes, leavers, and HR documentation
* Assisting with processes relating to maternity or graduate populations
* Collaborating across multiple HR teams on shared workflows
* Maintaining accurate employee data within HR systems
* Providing timely, clear support to managers and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in HR administration or HR operations
* Comfortable working in a busy, high‑volume environment
* Confident using case management systems or shared inboxes
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Proactive, self‑learner who enjoys picking up new processes
* Strong work ethic and ability to manage varied daily tasks
* Experience with Workday or SuccessFactors is an advantage

* Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite per week (including training and onboarding)
