Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Hemlock Stone School – Nottinghamshire NG9
Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE DOE plus £3,000 Welcome Bonus (one £1,500 payment after completing one month and a further £1,500 upon completing your final probation period; T&C's Apply)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent (Term time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances)
About This Role
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our in‑house clinical team at Hemlock Stone School, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, are neurodivergent or have SEMH needs.
Working collaboratively with the education team, you will hold an occupational therapy caseload with full support from your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, and contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
This position is suitable for a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual dedicated to a person‑centred, empowering approach that places pupils at the forefront of everything we do.

Essential Criteria
* Recognised Occupational Therapy degree
* Valid and up to date HCPC Registration
* Registered member of RCOT
* Relevant experience in providing occupational therapy services within a similar setting (preferred)
* Experience working with neurodivergent individuals, learning difficulties and/or socio‑emotional and mental health difficulties, with evidence of transferable skills
* Sound knowledge and clinical understanding of OT theory and its practical application to support independence
* Experience of multi‑professional work with teams or services within the designated speciality (preferred)
* Ability to work independently, flexibly and confidently
* Clear and concise report‑writing skills
* Interest in sensory integration or sensory‑informed practice
