The firm is now seeking a qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience to join a supportive, forward-thinking team. Duties: Managing a full and varied caseload of residential property matters including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of equity Right to buy Shared ownership schemes Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture Ensuring high standards of client care and regular updates throughout transactions Adhering to best practices, internal quality procedures and regulatory standards Engaging in business development and relationship-building initiatives Participating in regular training and personal development programmes Requirements: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing Proven ability to run a full caseload independently and pick up files mid-transaction when needed Strong interpersonal and client care skills A proactive, positive and solutions-driven mindset Why consider this firm?
