Your new role
With your hard-working and dedicated approach to work, coupled with your great attention to detail and accurate data entry skills, you will work for this largepany as the Sales Ledger Assistant.
Joining this busy, stable & fast-paced-close-knit department, you will support the Credit/Finance function where you will hold a varied and valued role within the business.
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the Sales ledger invoices are inputted manually and issued accurately and promptly to business clients.
Supporting the credit controllers by allocation of all cash, posting cash, setting up new customer business accounts, finance administrative support and adhoc assistance within Credit Control in busy periods.
Full training will be given.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a a hard-working nature with a desire to work within a finance and credit capacity
With a dedicated and hardworking mindset and a willingness to learn you will join a very stable and fast paced department where you will issue a high volume high value manual invoices, therefore have fast and accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
With a desire to work within a Credit Control/Finance environment ideally with some experience of working within a finance capacity - however training will be given.
A can do attitude toplete work to a high standard and a dedication to succeed.
