What You’ll Do
* Lead, motivate, coach and develop the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and exceed store performance targets.
* Approach every customer interaction as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer satisfaction using solution-based selling.
* Work alongside the Senior Store Manager and manage store operations and staff decisions.
* Motivate the team, coach, develop and support colleagues.
* Maintain store performance by monitoring, analysing and reporting on results.
* Provide training on new services and refresh on required topics.
* Ensure the store acts within FCA guidelines.
* Be an expert in systems, products and launches; share market insights.
* Engage with the community (e.g., shopping centre, job centre) and bring the customer experience to the fore in every decision.
Who You Are
* Demonstrated experience in retail management, overseeing store operations and driving performance to achieve targets.
* Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop team members with effective coaching and performance management.
* Track record of monitoring, analysing and reporting on store performance to drive improvements.
* Knowledge of Vodafone’s products and services; strong understanding of competitor telecoms offerings is desirable.
* Experience delivering exceptional customer service aligned with company values.
