Two Property Energy and Infrastructure Senior Associates 8+ PQE
Location: Aberdeen, Belfast, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds or Manchester

Brief
We are currently looking to recruit two Property Lawyers to join the Property Energy and Infrastructure subteam within our Development & Investment team, part of our UK National Property Group. Candidates can be based in Aberdeen, Belfast, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, or Manchester. We prefer candidates with over 8 years of PQE who are admitted and qualified in either England & Wales or Scotland, with experience in property aspects of energy and/or infrastructure projects.

We have one of the largest groups of property lawyers in the UK dedicated to supporting the Energy & Infrastructure Sectors. Our clients value our sector knowledge, commercial approach, and timely advice. Our experience includes advising on offshore wind farms, EV charging stations, major road and rail projects, and more.
Work Highlights
* Advising bp Aberdeen Hydrogen Limited on their green hydrogen project.
* Advising on the 576 MW Awel Y Môr Offshore Wind Farm project.
* Supporting a major carbon capture, utilisation, and storage project.
* Assisting Tesco with rooftop solar lease arrangements across the UK.
* Advising Cory Environmental on the Riverside Energy Park project.
* Supporting Transport for London on the Silvertown Tunnel project.
* Advising the Environment Agency on the River Thames Flood Defence Scheme.
The Candidate Required
The ideal candidates will be qualified in England & Wales or Scotland, with extensive experience in property work on energy and infrastructure projects, a strong academic record, an outgoing personality, and a commercial mindset. Business development skills and a client-focused approach are essential. The role offers exposure to wind, solar, hydrogen, carbon capture, battery storage, nuclear, and major infrastructure projects, working for high-profile clients including public authorities, developers, investors, and utility companies.
