The Opportunity

We are now looking for an ambitious Online Channel Manager to elevate our online performance, strengthen our brand presence, and protect brand integrity across major digital platforms.
Your Role
As our Online Channel Manager, you'll take full ownership of the performance, protection, and growth of our online retail ecosystem. You'll act as the central link between internal teams, online retailers, and external digital agencies - ensuring our brand is represented consistently, priced correctly, and positioned strongly across all digital touchpoints.
Your work will shape how customers discover, choose, and trust the V12 brand online.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage relationships with online retailers and marketplace accounts.
* Coordinate activities between accounts and external agencies.
* Support the development and execution of an online channel strategy that protects brand integrity and avoids destructive price competition.
* Monitor product listings, pricing, reviews, content accuracy, and promotional activity across platforms.
* Provide digital sales reports and insights to the Head of Sales & Marketing.

* Online revenue & margin performance
* Listing quality, compliance and accuracy
* PPC / SEO ROI (via agency partners)
* Online customer satisfaction score
