An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a rapidly growing organisation based in Lancaster on a permanent basis.
As the Office Manager, you'll be a crucial part of the operations, taking ownership of administration, HR processes, and coordination across departments - ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day.

About the role
Based onsite in Lancaster, you will be responsible for:
Managing invoicing & finances (including creating invoices & chasing payments)
Coordinating HR processes: right to work checks, onboarding, offer letters & compliance
Maintaining accurate records across systems including Google Drive, Calendar & CRM
Liaising with external providers for staff benefits including pensions & DBS checks
Overseeing office supplies, stock, rotas, holidays & diaries
Taking calls, responding to emails professionally & resolving issues proactively
Supporting managers with reporting, meetings & operational coordinationAbout you
The ideal candidate for this position must have:
Experience in Office Management or a similar administrative role
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident working independently and managing a varied workload
Comfortable picking up the phone, including chasing payments
Experience using CRM systems and MS Office, particularly Excel
Clear communication skills and a proactive attitudeAbout the company

* Salary: £29,000 - £32,000
* Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (40-hour week)
