They are now looking to appoint an experienced and detail‑driven IMEX / Customs / Trade Compliance Manager who will take ownership of all customs, import/export and regulatory compliance activities across the business. This is a great role for someone with strong technical knowledge of UK and EU trade regulations who enjoys improving processes, reducing risk, and acting as the go-to compliance expert within a fast-paced operational environment. As the IMEX and Customs Compliance Manager, you will be getting involved in: * Oversee UK & EU import/export compliance, including HMRC and EU Customs Code. * Manage HS classification, customs valuation, country of origin, and duty relief schemes. * Ensure effective broker management and high-quality import/export declarations. * Lead export controls compliance (dual‑use, sanctions, licence applications). * Maintain policies, SOPs, and conduct internal audits and risk assessments. * Act as main contact for authorities such as HMRC and EU customs agencies.
