Job Description
* Maintain clean, hygienic, comfortable, and hazard-free areas within the hotel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and organizational profitability, adhering to impeccable housekeeping standards across all hotel areas.
* Manage the usage of all departmental master keys and other keys to ensure safety and security for guests and hotel property.
* Maintain consistent cleanliness standards in assigned guest rooms to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction.
* Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers at all times.
* Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, executive offices, and other assigned tasks.
* Report any issues that may affect the interests of Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall to management.
* Coordinate and cooperate seamlessly with all hotel departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest service.
* Interact efficiently and courteously with guests and hotel personnel.
* Support the team to deliver effective and efficient services.
* Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or any other equivalent qualification.
Additional Information
Minimum of 0-1 years of experience.
