We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a friendly and professional demeanor. We are looking for someone who is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and can handle a variety of tasks with ease.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
* Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department.
* Maintain a neat and orderly reception area.
* Schedule appointments and meetings.
* Provide general administrative support.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
* Provide customer service to visitors and callers.
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
