Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial, industrial, and retail construction and fit-out contractor. The business offers long-term security, varied workloads, and consistent project flow. This role offers genuine autonomy, responsibility, and exposure to the full commercial lifecycle of projects. Suited to a commercially astute QS who enjoys a hands-on role and contributing beyond traditional surveying duties. This is a great opportunity to work in a small, close-knit commercial team, taking ownership of projects from inception to completion while benefiting from a stable workload and locally based projects.
