What You’ll Do Teach and assess learners across Health and Social Care programmes at Level 1–3 (and potentially T Level or Access pathways) Deliver engaging, learner-centred lessons covering core topics such as safeguarding, communication, anatomy & physiology, person-centred care, and professional practice Support learners in developing employability skills and readiness for placements or apprenticeships Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and internal quality assurance processes Prepare learners for progression into higher education, apprenticeships, or employment within the health and care sector Maintain high standards of teaching, safeguarding, and professional conduct Inspire professionalism, compassion, and high standards of care What You’ll Bring A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related discipline (Level 3 or above) Industry experience within health, care, or community settings A strong understanding of current sector standards, safeguarding, and regulatory expectations Teaching or assessing qualifications are welcomed but not essential A commitment to inclusive practice and supporting learners from diverse backgrounds ✨ Why Become a Lecturer?
